KMR’s Research Division

The KMR research division provides custom proprietary research, syndicated reports, data, consulting and education to all industries and markets related to architectural, residential and automotive glass and films. It collaborates with many of the largest firms in these industries to provide insights and guidance for key decision-making. KMR’s data and reports are utilized by business leaders and professionals throughout North America, making it the go-to information provider to any business involved in the glass, fenestration and automotive/architectural film markets.

Nick St. Denis, Director of Research | 540-602-3265

Nick St. Denis is the director of research for Key Media & Research. Having covered these markets for the past decade as an editor of several KMR’s magazines and most recently leading the research division, Nick works closely with businesses to provide key insights that drive their decision-making. In addition to conducting custom research projects, he publishes quarterly and annual industry outlook reports that are used by firms across all segments. Nick has a master’s degree in survey research and data analysis from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He currently resides in Virginia with his wife Tammy and two young children. 

Nathan Hobbs, Research & Data Associate | 540-809-4590

Nathan Hobbs is the Research and Data Associate for Key Media & Research and has been with the company since May 2021. He graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts & Design and a general business minor. He enjoys telling stories with data and visualizing trends. Nathan has a strong aptitude for gathering and organizing data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of research findings. He is known for his proactive approach to problems, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Nathan was a finalist for Omeda’s Best Content Metering Program at the OX6 Awards in 2023.
